Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed as soon as possible after your order and payment are received by us. Orders are shipped within two to three days but not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery in these unexpected circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your orders will be confirmed at checkout or if a bulk delivery, by phone or email.
Specific products in our range are delivered free of shipping charge. The product description page will explain whether the product is subject to free delivery or pick up from your closest stock warehouse.
Where possible, your orders will be shipped from a local warehouse to minimise shipping charges.
We ship to all Australian States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or deliver into multi-level buildings.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and copy the information to us by email. We will assist where possible with your claim.
Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
